Remember

By remembering and understanding our past, we connect our children and our families to the capital region and the province. We encourage them to help shape our legacy and to act as ambassadors.

The programs that the Capital Commission establishes to help New Brunswickers remember will celebrate the extraordinary history of all the cultures throughout the capital region, which is a microcosm of the province.

"End of an Era" Commemorative Ceremony

The New Brunswick Provincial Capital Commission is inviting all New Brunswickers to join a nationwide ceremony to honour the men and women who served our country during the First World War. The ceremony will take place on 9 April 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Provincial Cenotaph, corners of King, Church and Queen streets, Fredericton.
